A Feral Cat & A man’s empathy: Symposium

“A Feral Cat & A man’s empathy” is a short Twine game that reflects the Narrative symposium project submitted through the university of Plymouth.

I’m very proud of how this game turned out, considering it was developed in approximately a month with not just creating a game but also a research project in the middle of semester 2! The idea for creating a cultural project based on the campfire theme provided. The story came about becasue I had asked my aunt for any Scottish stories based in Helsmdale as I wanted to forward a long a story from Helmsdale a place I grew up as a kid visiting my gran in Rural Scotland on the A9 heading to Thurso.
I had to do my own research on how to add images in twine as I had never done anything like that before. The interface is simple with just turning pages and also added the research as part of the twine as it wasn't clear how the research would be presented.
